Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Organize to establish company's marketing strategy, and submit to company leaders for approval then organize its implementation.
  2. Supervise and inspect the daily work of outside sales staff and supervise the expense of outside sales staff.
  3. Forecast international market product demand and formulate product development direction according to international market demand analysis.
  4. Organize to analyze international market price trend, organize to submit analysis report periodically.
  5. Assist HOD to carry out the joint work with the Sales Department of TBEASY, and organize to decompose and implement relevant works.
  6. Supervise and inspect the daily work of outside sales staff and supervise the expense of outside sales staff.
  7. Identify the weakness or opportunity of international market in terms of qualification requirement for upcoming tenders and take corrective measures. (While preparing tendering, International Marketing Department will include finance loading in tender cost).
  8. Organize to prepare a budget of cost & price for the tender contracts and communicate to confirm respective input costs with relative departments.
  9. Organize to set up international customer service system, organize to carry out customer satisfaction investigation periodically. Propose rectification suggestions according to investigation and analysis results and supervise its improvement.
